This mild pre-cleanser gently and effectively cleans by assisting with the removal of excess surface oils, impurities and make-up. It rinses off effortlessly with no oily residue, leaving the skin feeling clean and moisturised. It also Assists with moisturising and hydrating the look of the skin by helping to prevent the stripping of natural oils from the surface and helps act as a solvent for excessive sebum that may cause clogging, thus reducing the signs of congestion.

How to use;

Massage Dual Action Pre-Cleansing Oil over the face and neck to help remove surface oils and make-up.

Wet your hands slightly and continue massaging the face until the oil becomes a milky emulsion.

Rinse with water then follow with your preferred Environ cleanser to remove the last traces of the Pre-Cleansing Oil. The Pre-Cleansing Oil may be used morning and evening.

Returns and refunds

Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We can only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods, in accordance with customers statutory rights but unfortunately not for unwanted items.

We offer a free consultation service over the phone with one of our skin care specialists, this consultation will ensure you are buying the correct products for your skin type.

Where possible we will endeavour to offer an exchange or refund on products (excludes gift vouchers) within 14 days of purchase, providing the item is unopened and in its original packaging. The cost of postage and the safe return of the item must be the responsibility of the purchaser. This applies to online purchases only.
